General
The importance of Business Architecture (BA) for strategy execution is undisputed. However, it is often difficult for decision makers to identify specific use cases and benefits for themselves and the organization. This is where our BA Executive Briefing comes in. It provides executives and other key stakeholders with a concise but well-founded insight into the topic and facilitates the communication of the value contribution of Business Architecture within the organization.

The briefing provides a concise and illustrative introduction to Business Architecture (BA) practices. - Core Business Architecture concepts (such as Capabilities, Value Streams)
