Capabilities form a central element of the Business Architecture and an important bridge into IT Architecture. Various methods for developing a Capability Map (including BIZBOK®) are now available and there is a wide range of practical experience. However, architects often find it difficult to implement capabilities in their own organizations. This is where our advanced course Capability Mapping provides assistance.
