Arash joined Scape in 2016 as a senior consultant and is a partner today.
What makes Scape special to you?
Early in the process, I learned that what you get at Scape is a mix of creativity and true expert knowledge leading to a wonderful experience. What I appreciate the most is that I have plenty of room for creativity. It is not every day that you get to pitch your ideas on shaping the future of a company from the very first day. And the only thing that matters is: Have you got the skills to pull it off? Regardless of your degree and background.
Can you tell us about one or two of your highlights with Scape?
It was a special moment to make the partner program. My colleagues have been incredibly supportive along the way preparing me well for my current role. In general, what I find valuable is our clients’ appreciation for what we do. It is always a highlight to find your clients happy during or after a project.

Life outside of Scape. How does that look like?
I am passionate about music. In my free time, I like to make music at home or DJ at clubs. When I am not on the road, I often work from home. At times I work remotely a couple of weeks in a row. This gives me plenty of time to spend with the family. This is one of the benefits I value most at Scape: Whatever your personality, you will always find a way of working that suits you best.
What is a typical day for you as architect and partner at Scape?
No two days are the same. I cannot think of a day that was truly “typical”. I am incredibly happy with my two roles at Scape. As an architect I am taking on different projects which is a fantastic opportunity to tackle new challenges and keep up with the latest trends. As partner I am engaging in shaping our business. Whether it is developing our recruitment process or identifying opportunities in potential markets: there is always scope for creativity and you are given the chance to take shots at original approaches. You need to have a truly diverse skill set to be able to get on top of both roles. I believe that is one of the things I find exciting about this job.
