We are a Guild Accredited Training Partner® (GATP®). Our courses on business architecture are accredited through the Business Architecture Guild and help you prepare for the Certified Business Architect® (CBA®) certification.
The content of our courses is based on the BIZBOK® Guide (A Guide to the Business Architecture Body of Knowledge®) and our book Business Architecture Management – Architecting the Business for Consistency and Alignment.
Course Content
In this training course you will become familiar with Business Architecture practices and learn to perform the typical tasks of a Business Architect. The bootcamp covers all relevant business architecture domains from business motivation (incl. mission, drivers, goals, etc.) and business model (value proposition, customers, services, value streams, etc.) down to the business execution (capabilities, processes, business objects, etc.), all of which are all illustrated based on practical examples. Specifically, the course deals with the following topics:
- Overview of business architecture elements, from business motivation via business model to business execution
- Business architecture mapping, incl., e.g., value stream mapping, capability mapping, information mapping, organization mapping
- Business architecture patterns
- Business architecture analysis and design
- Implementation of business architecture management

Partner
Arash Mostashari is a Partner at Scape Consulting and responsible for the academy business. He is a certified Enterprise and Business Architect (incl. TOGAF®, CBA®, ArchiMate®) and trainer for Business Architecture. As a consultant, he is specialized in establishing, realigning, and implementing EA capabilities. In this context he has been helping companies across various industries at business and IT level in problem solving, planning, development, and communication using architecture methods and techniques, such as strategy mapping, value stream mapping, customer journey mapping and capability-based planning.
